Free shipping on orders over $100.00 to addresses withing the continental USA. USPS is the carrier of choice, via priority mail 1-3 business day delivery. Depending on the product, orders placed before 11:00am (eastern time) ship out the same day or within 24 hours (M-F). Please allow an extra 1-4 days during the heavy holiday season (Nov-Dec). No Rush Shipping option is available due to the handmade nature of most of products. Please note tumblers take 1-2 weeks to ship. A tracking number will be generated and sent via emailed with all pertinent information. Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS tracking to be updated.

Returns & RefundsAll items are handmade and customized. All orders have a 24-hour cancellation policy after order confirmation is received. All sales are final. Please open your box the day it arrives, not the day you need to use the product so that any issue can be addressed immediately. If the product arrives damaged, please notify me immediately and return the product to either be repaired or replaced. If you received an incorrect product, please notify me immediately to correct the issue. The return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
